Conditions of sale:
This ticket is issued on behalf of the organisation responsible for the performance or event shown on the face including the promoter and venue and is subject to the terms and conditions indicated on this ticket or displayed on the premises. Purchasers should note that this ticket is sold by an agent for the organisation responsible for the event, and details of the organiser/promoter are available on request from authorised ticketing agents. Purchase and possession of this signifies agreement to the following conditions:
1. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the site owners, operators and management.
2. It is a licensing condition that every person entering the event site must have a valid ticket.
3. Ticket holders are required to carefully check their tickets in advance of their visit; mistakes may not be rectified on the day. Tickets should be retained at all times during the event.
4. The event promoter reserves the right to refuse entry of the ticket holder to the event site. Customers found to be causing damage to the site, the site infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site or in breach of these conditions will be subject to prosecution.
5. The event promoter reserves the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the site any person who refuses to be searched by a security official.
6. Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the festival site without refund.
7. This ticket is not transferable. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation, the promoter’s sole obligation and liability shall be to offer a ticket for an alternative performance by the relevant artist, if available, or a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims will be entertained.
8. No readmission.
9. No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the event promoter. Any ticket re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the site.
10. Admission to the site and performance is at the ticket holder’s own risk. Neither the promoter nor the site management shall be held liable for any injury or damage sustained within the site.
11. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
12. Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited. No audio, audio visual or cinematographic devices shall be brought in to the site.
13. The event promoter reserves the right to make any change whatsoever to the act programme owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
14. Neither the venue nor the promoter can accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
15. This event is not suitable for young children. Adults must accompany all children under the age of 16.
16. This festival takes place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against potential inclement weather.
17. Strobe lighting may be used during the festival.
18. With the exception of dogs assisting the visually impaired, no animals are permitted onto the site.
19. Only buy official merchandise from identified vendors within the event site. For further help on the day, please refer to the on-site information desk.
20. No trading without the prior consent of the promoters.
21. Customers are not permitted to create cordoned off areas anywhere on site.
22. No illegal substances may be brought in to the festival site – any found will lead to prosecution.
23. Fireworks, smoke canisters, offensive weapons or other similar articles are not permitted within the site, and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected. Items with an open flame (e.g. candles, garden fires, barbeques, gas/paraffin lamps) will not be permitted on site.
24. Strictly no camping.
25. WARNING – Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing.
The possession of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these conditions, the event promoter reserves the right to cancel this ticket and retain any monies paid therefore.
Other than the provisions advertised or outlined by the box office at the time of sale, customers are required to address any special needs by contacting the box office in advance of their visit, as the event promoter may not be able to provide those needs without notice.
FOOD AND DRINK
Food and drink will be available for purchase at the event. No food or drink will be provided free of charge.
You may bring soft drinks in plastic or paper containers under 500ml as well as food for personal consumption.
The following items are not permitted in to the site:
- Chairs, tables, barbeques, prima-stoves etc.
- Alcohol.
- Glass or cans.
- Food hampers.

DIRECTIONS
The village of Harewood is centrally placed in Yorkshire at the junction of the A61/A659 on the Leeds/Harrogate road. The M1 begins just the other side of Leeds and feeds into the trans-Pennine M62 which in turns feeds in to the M6/M5 on the western side and the M18/A1 on the east. Harewood House is located 7 miles from Leeds and Harrogate on the A61, 5 miles from Wetherby, 22 miles from York and 9 miles from Bradford.
