Please note - There are no child concessions other than babes in arms who will be admitted free of charge. We do not recommend this festival for children as it is a very loud and busy event.

Overseas Bookings

If you live outside the UK, then you must bring your booking confirmation with you to the festival. Your tickets will be available for collection at the Box Office on-site at Hyde Park. The on-site Box Office will be open from midday until 10pm each day of the festival.

OR Book online and select the TicketFast option... and print your own tickets!! (see below)

Food and Drink

Food from around the world, from fish'n'chips to tofu-burgers - there will be plenty of stalls the arena, catering to a wide variety of tastes. Soft Drinks and Beer will be available all day in the main arena from various bars.

Environmental Initiatives

O2 Wireless Festival London takes place in one of the city's most beautiful outdoor spaces. We want to keep it that way throughout the festival. Please stay green; use the recycling bins provided for cans and plastics, use the litter bins for other waste. There's a 20p deposit on cups at the bars, to encourage you to hand your old cup in for recycling, plus - look out for other ways you can reduce your carbon footprint on-site at the festival.

Remember to use public transport to get to the festival, and give yourself at pat on the back for helping us to reduce the festival's carbon footprint.

Stay green - no need to drive into central London, causing congestion, pollution and unnecessary hassle for yourself - just take public transport direct to the festival site.

Lost and Found

Do not bring irreplaceable items of value to the O2 Wireless Festival 2007! We will have good security, but we cannot allow for lost or stolen items that are not recovered. Be sensible and keep cash, cards or cameras close about your person. Bring only what you need. There will be a clearly marked customer services tent in the main arena, where any lost and found enquiries should be directed.

Don't lose your keys, cards or camera in the crowd - use our lockers - new for 2007, you can prebook you very own locker for the festival online now, with no booking fees.

What to bring

A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, rainwear, fleece AND... your ticket ! Bring enough cash for the day, and/or a cash card (keep it safe!)

What not to bring

Do not bring offensive weapons or anything that may be considered offensive. Don't bring Illegal drugs - Drugs, hard or soft, are no more legal at festivals than they are anywhere else - the same penalties and risks apply. However, don't be afraid to tell medical staff or stewards if something is going wrong for you.

Drink responsibly

If you do drink, don't do drunk! Excessive drinking is bad for your health and your memory - surely you want to remember Wireless for the right reasons. Pace yourself, and have a great time. After all this, however, you may decide to have the odd pint of shandy, and you can be sure to get home safely and in an eco-friendly way - use public transport. Check out details in our Travel info section.

Plan Your Day

It's important to plan your day. Obviously the priority is making sure you get to see the acts that mean the most to you - come back to the festival website a few days before the show and all band times will be listed so you can plan in advance.

Don't forget some other basics though - If you are with friends and travelling home together - arrange a place & time to meet up at the end of the night.

Large crowds, a long day & hot weather in combination will tire you out. Make sure you pace yourself, drink plenty of water, eat some food that will give you some energy and minimise sun exposure.

Safety and Security

ALWAYS...

  • Know where your nearest emergency exits are
  • Follow the instructions of Security Personnel, Police or other officials
  • Move away promptly from any danger
  • Notify a Steward, Police or Official if you see any any antisocial behaviour
  • Move to where there is more space, should a crowd surge occur
  • Ask for help if you need it and help others, especially if someone falls
